I’m going to download the book but I have to say I am *loving*my skin lately – I know you were one who has said to keep the products you are using to a minimum and use natural stuff as well. I am finally sticking to just a cleanser and lotion and wow my skin is seriously so great! I feel funny bragging about my skin, but have to do it.
