eco friendly trash bags

Eco Friendly trash bags seems a bit oxymoronic. Although the point is to create as little trash as possible (with reducing, reusing, recycling, composting, etc) we still make some trash.

But what do we put it in? I have to admit that I had not really thought about this much. Then I discovered recycled trash bags: Seventh Generation and even better, compostable trash bags from BioBag

Amazon has a really cool new autoship kind of feature so you can have these sent to you automatically every few months. Cool!

I ran across your post and thought I might recommend another brand of eco-friendly plastic bag for all those wanting to do their part for a healthier planet.

I would say that lots of companies are doing their best to manufacture plastic bags that are better for the environment and the company I represent, Jig-A-Loo, is no exception. Jig-A-Loo has recently introduced a new line of plastic bags called EconoGreen that are made from:
    100% recycled plastic
    100% oxodegradable
    100% recyclable.

These EconoGreen bags and drop cloths contain an additive that will completely break down within 2 years after use. Considerably less than traditional plastic bags and especially grocery bags that we often use as garbage bags.

For more information, visit our Jig-A-Loo website!

Got something to say?
