I’m feeling generous and have decided to give away one Pilates for Life 20 minute overall body workout with Amy Brown. This is a wonderful intro into Pilates and has a beginner and intermediate workout.
I love Pilates and this workout will have you feelin’ the burn in only 20 minutes. It de-stresses you and makes you longer and leaner inĀ 3 sessions a week!
Here is how you play:
Comment below and let me know why you want the DVD. I will put all names in a hat and let Sadie choose a name. If you have a blog and link to this post, you get two entries! On Friday I will choose one happy winner.
Have fun!
Well, my new year’s resolution was to *consider* taking up pilates. Which I have done, a LOT. I have actually DONE some on my balance ball! I would love to have an alternate workout to use, though. Thanks!

I would love something that WORKS that I can actually fit into my very full, very busy, very “I can find something else to do besides exercise” day! 20 minutes 3 times a week seems doable to me!
Thanks for the contest Carrie!
I’ve been told that Pilates is the best way to ever “recover” my abs! I definitely need this!
I love pilates and could use a different routine.
I don’t have a way to watch this here other than dh’s laptop, but I would love to win this for my friend Pam. Her birthday is coming up soon too.
I blogged the contest in my Wednesday Edition of Contests Galore

I love Pilates! I don’t own a Pilates workout DVD. I usually just get them from the library. For me, once I got the moves down, it’s like working out in a totally different way and you really see results!
Pick me!
I really need a great workout! After 4 babies really close together, mama needs to work out her belly! Thanks for the giveaway!

Thanks for the entries Ladies. Stay tuned for the winner announcement tomorrow.
I hope I’m not too late with this entry! I’d really like to win this because I badly need to get in shape (after having my two youngest in the past two years I refuse to admit what size I am. Suffice to say, I’m sick to death of “Women’s” sizes. I miss my cute regular-sized clothes!) I don’t have an hour to do my “Buns of Steel” anymore, and I’ve heard so many great things about Pilates that I’d really like to try it. I also posted about it here: http://momlady.blogspot.com/2007/10/two-great-ways-to-get-in-shape.html
BTW, not trying to influence your choice here (lol), but I just wanted to tell you how much I really enjoy your podcasts. I couldn’t believe the last one was over so quickly, it just flew by! Thanks for the great job you do, the interesting and informative interviews, and the reminder to hug the babies. (I just love that tag line!) Keep up the good work!
Woohoo! I’m pilates hound, so I’m unabashedly putting my name in to enter. I also gave you a nod on my post here where I’m also running a contest in celebration for my 1 year anniversary on the compact.

I gained way too much weight with my baby. PLEASE HELP
I love pilates, and after just having a baby I am in desperate need of getting my body back in shape!
Let’s see… why I want this… Um… because… I have a mommy muffin. That needs to be pilate’d off.
I do pilates regularly in the morning. My elastic resistance band snapped the other day that’s how often i use it. I have noticed the difference especially in my arms, back and abs. I need more of ideas for working out my legs so i would very much like to have a new pilates DVD to wake up to.

The focus in Pilates is on quality of movement rather than quantity, which makes one feel invigorated rather than exhausted after a session.

Rose.
