Me and the kids were driving through an artsy/beatnik/punk side of downtown Atlanta yesterday and spray painted on the side of a building were the words: Those who would trade security for freedom deserve neither. Well put - unfortunately many people would rather have the Gubmint make their decisions, pay their bills and think for them. Sad. Most people are willing to trade SAFETY for freedom.

Me and the kids were driving through an artsy/beatnik/punk side of downtown Atlanta yesterday and spray painted on the side of a building were the words:

Those who would trade security for freedom deserve neither.

Well put – unfortunately many people would rather have the Gubmint make their decisions, pay their bills and think for them. Sad.

Preach on Carrie...you're preaching my opinions, too. It frightens me to think that I might not be given the right to parent or live my own life the way I feel best. Or that my son's won't have the same rights as parents that we currently do. And, we are not afraid to move states or to another Country if things did get out of hand. My husband and I have already said that we would move states if ours decided you HAD to vaccinate and didn't have the option of a waiver. It just feels like slowly, but surely we're actually losing our freedom...but in such a subtle way that MOST people dont see it.
