Having suffered from depression most of her life, Lisa has been able to stay medication free for 10 years, using only holistic means such as nutrition and aromatherapy. Lisa shares solid, effective tips and techniques for moms to manage their mood naturally.

    Not that I want more competition to win the prize, but have you considered entering this contest in the quarterly giveaway carnival at http://www.bloggygiveaways.com? There are many contests already listed but it still might be worth it. At least something to keep in mind next quarter!

    The concept of treating depression holistically is very appealing. I’ve heard about light therapy but never oil therapy. I’ll have to look into that!

    I’ve only read about playsilks but they look like fun.
