As a Rancher and Grass Fed Beef person.  THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!  I cannot say this enough!  I really appreciate the fact that you do not avidly promote vegetarianism as &quot;more green&quot; or the BEST way to go green. 

 If you buy from LOCAL, or small farmers, you will find that more and more of us ARE green in the way that we raise our beef.  

We primarily raise our calves on grass and do use a  small amount of corn to finish them (less than 1 month &amp; they always have grass access) and give that great corn flavor without all of the bad side effects multiplied.
