We use a water filter for out tap water, but lately we have also been into mineral & soda water a lot more than usual which only comes in plastic. Two days ago I read the stats on plastic bottle use here in Australia and even though I've read it before along with all the negatives ie landfill, use of oil in making etc this time had more of an impact. We're now looking into buying a soda stream to carbonate water ourselves. I like to add fizzy water to my wine :-) Christine This is so timely for me.
