Description: This book gives you the ins and outs about what types of food in restaurants can be good or harmful for you.  It shows you that simple changes in what you eat can make a big difference without having to give up going out to that favorite restaurant to eat.

Review: I like to eat out.  Not only do I like the food, but also the idea of not having to slave over a hot stove thrills me to now end.  In fact living by myself eating out can be cheaper than eating in sometimes.  Unfortunately my eating out has been a real down fall for my health.  Thanks to this book, that’s not the case anymore. I now am armed with facts that make eating out even better for me.

Do any of us really know what is in the food we eat at a restaurant?  No we sure don’t.  Unless you ask specifically they don’t tell you.  Even when you ask most employees can’t tell you.  I’m allergic to peanut oil and when I go to a new restaurant to eat I have to ask if they use it.  Too many times I’ve left that restaurant without ever trying the first meal because they don’t know if they cook with the oil or not.  It’s sad but very true.  They are the same way with any other aspect of the food they sell – sometimes they just don’t know.

Arming yourself with facts about these types of foods has become important for so many reasons.  Health wise you must know if you are consuming too much salt or if there is a high fat count in the foods you eat.  For many just the use of sugar in an item can cause them unrepairable damage.  This book can help you with these types of questions and more.

You will find what items have high calories and which ones you can change to that will keep that calorie count down. There are proven facts in this book that will show you how you can enjoy eating out and still lose weight.  Not only lose the weight but also keep it off for good.  Too good to be true you say? Well if you read this book you will see that is not so.

Eating out doesn’t have to be scary or completely given up on.  If you know the facts you can enjoy your dinner away from home without feeling guilty or being scared of what the effects might be.  Read this book if for no other reason than to see what is good and what is bad.  Then make the choices that are right for you while enjoying a meal fit for a king that you didn’t have to prepare.
