Prescription for Nutritional Healing
Rating: 7
Description: This book is a guide to not only every day health problems but also some very serious illnesses and what types of natural supplements may help these types of ailments. It also gives you in depths look at the different types of supplements and which ones the authors feel will help or hinder your health.

“Ok I know supplements, supplements and more supplements. This one works for this but so do there other four so which one should I use. It can be very frustrating to try to figure out what supplement to use. This book can help to guide you through some of those types of decisions.

I found this book to be very helpful. I wasn’t sure I even wanted to start using supplements so I needed to find something that would give the jist of what they were all about. This book enlightened me in that area. It doesn’t go into great detail but it gives you facts that you can rely on in making a decision.

Once I decided to start using supplements I found myself wondering which supplement should I use. There are so many and so many of them help the same thing. I went back to my book and started reading about what supplements helped these authors for certain things. I could have tried each supplement on my own but the thought of buying 4 or 5 before I found the right one wasn’t very appealing to my pocketbook. So I took their advice and on many accounts their advice also worked for me.

I also found some interesting information on other subjects too. Such as heart problems and some of the procedures used to treat these types of problems along with information about cancer. These little extras helped me to understand these types of problems, which in turn gave me what I needed to know after I saw my Dr.

This book is not an easy read, but I feel that when it comes to an information book it probably shouldn’t be. It should be filled with all the facts, good and bad, so you aren’t left hanging anymore. This book is however, useful and gives you straightforward answers to question concerning your health and your well being.”
