Review: This book is a good book if you are looking for honest facts about eating healthy. The author doesn’t pull any punches in this book. It’s straight to the point and tells us things we may not want to, but need to hear.
If found this book not only reliable in the information I received from it but also quite comical in many areas. There is quite a bit of information included about fats. Fats can play a good or a bad role in a healthy diet. This book explains that and gives you insight on the difference between natural fats and other types of fats.
The author also encourages eating seafood. Most people who want to talk to you about eating healthy are concerned about putting seafood in their diets because of the threat of mercury. This author believes that has been taken way out of text and encourages seafood in a diet. I really like seafood and found that to be quite an interesting part of this book.
If you want to eat healthy and want to know the facts about doing so, read this book. It doesn’t pull any punches but does give you some pretty good facts.
