The Reflexology Atlas
This is a very well organized and straight to the point book about reflexology and its benefits. It’s basically a roadmap to reflexology.
Review: If you already know some about reflexology then this book is right up your alley. It gives you wonderful information on how to use and benefit from reflexology and the techniques used in reflexology.
I have to give these guys credit they give it to you straight and don’t pull any punches. There’s no guarantee that it will work for you, just the tools to find out.
They also make no bones that many of these treatments work with and in conjunction with regular medical care. I like that because so many of these types of books lead you to believe that the author’s way is the only way and when it doesn’t work you become frustrated and just give up. Not with this book because you know up front the authors are honest with you.
This book covers many types of ailments and ways that reflexology might be able to help. It is divided into areas that tell about muscles and even organs and how reflexology uses these types of things to help. There are even pictures that help you with the massage techniques described in the book.
If you want to learn more about reflexology and the benefits it may have on your body, read this book. It will give you all the insight you need to make reflexology work for you.
