I was beginning to feel very stressed. Between my home life, work and all the other responsibilities I had, I was at my wits end. I began to feel tired but couldn’t sleep. I started feeling like no matter what I did it wasn’t right. I couldn’t “fix” anything and feel comfortable with my decisions. I needed help because I was on a downhill slide. I don’t like taking any type of medications so I had to find something that would help me without the cost or possible side effects of prescription or over the counter medications. This program was suggested to me and I decided to check it out.

I’m so glad I did. Conquering Stress gave me the answers I was looking for. It explained the reasons I was feeling the way I was. More importantly, I found out how I got to that point and what things are the triggers of my increased stress level and anxiety. It gave me insight to why I just can’t seem to get it together anymore.

Because of this program I have found ways to help relieve my stress. I now sleep well, feel like I have the world at my fingertips and no longer get so stressed that I just go to bed and hide from everything. I have a new lease on life and I can’t wait to tell the world about it.
