Review: The recommended dosage is one tablespoon per day. It can be mixed with as much or as little water as you like. You can drink it throughout the day as you wish.
Chlorophyll negates the effect of mutagens (toxins that cause body cells to mutate) that are found every day in our food and water. It cleanses the body and strengthens the circulatory, intestinal and female reproductive systems. Scientists have also found that Chlorophyll helps to strengthen the walls of your body cells. Because of this, Chlorophyll supports the immune system, since it helps to strengthen cells so they can use their own natural defenses.
It also promotes the elimination of toxins from the body, and helps neutralize natural bodily odors. It also helps the body produce more red blood cells, for people who have a tendency towards anemia. It is perfectly safe for use during pregnancy, and by people with damaged immune systems.
The plain Chlorophyll tastes like unsweetened green tea, while the mint flavored version tastes very pleasantly like mint iced tea. I think for a whole food supplement, this is very affordable, and well worth the cost.
Criticism: The only thing I don’t really care for about this product, is that it is so green. It will stain things if you’re not careful.
