My guest this week is Tracey Mallett. You might remember Tracey because she was a guest on the show about one year ago. Tracey is an internationally recognized fitness expert, and she’s also a mom who wants to help other moms get in shape.
Tracey knows the challenges we face in this endeavor – such as not always having a lot of time or money to spend on ourselves. Sexy in Six, Sculpt your body with the 6 minute quick blast workout is her latest book. It even contains a DVD that you can watch so it’s extremely easy to understand the exercises.
Tracey tested her program with 90 women around the globe and they experienced phenomenal results in 6 weeks. The foundation is strength training and this is why it has dramatic effects in a shorter period of time.
Tracey wants to get across the message that little bits of exercise consistently performed can have big results!
The program works best when combined with good portion control and good nutrition including lots of protein, fruits and veggies and whole grains eaten every 3 hours.
