Stevia Sweetened Lemonade Recipe

Our guest this week on the show is Erica Johns, author of two ebooks on health and nutrition. She let me share her recipe for Lemonade that is sweetened with stevia. Thanks Erica!

All I do is use a citrus juicer (just a hand-twist model) to squeeze the juice from two fresh lemons.

Then add enough water to mostly fill a two-quart pitcher, then add 2-4 droppers full of liquid stevia. Yum!

My entire family loves it. Since we only allow the kids to drink juice at breakfast, this healthy lemonade allows them to have a tasty drink all through the day.

Erica likes Sweet Leaf Stevia, and it’s one of my favorite brands too. Give it a try. :-)
