I’m actually going to turn this Thankful Thursday into a meme and tag some folks. I’m going to have as a theme:
“It Doesn’t Take Much to Make Me Happy”
Here goes:
1) I’m thankful for the .99 fine point Sharpie pens that attach to my key ring.
2) Books from the library. Big stacks of books. Free. Ahhhhhh…..
3) A latte. Especially when my 9 year old makes it (yes he’s been making lattes for some time now. I do raise these kids right!)
4) Black Old Navy flip flops on sale for $2
5) This little pixie. 
6) My black Slinky t shirt that I bought from a yard sale for $1.
7) When I’m feeling pensive (I don’t get blue), Chris Martin in my ear.
School supplies on sale for .05 (the benefit noone tells you about homeschooling is that you get to buy paper, crayons, colored pencils, glue and all matter of cool stuff for pennies just weeks after school starts. Cha-ching!)
9) A new journal. Especially the ones from Barnes and Noble. When they go on sale for $2, I buy them by the case.
10) Rice cooked in coconut milk.
